1. Scope of Services
Our services are limited to the scope specifically mentioned in the agreed proposal or appointment.
Any service not included in the agreed scope will be considered an additional service and may attract additional fees.
2. Design Process and changes
The design will be developed based on the Client’s requirements, site information, applicable regulations, budget, and project objectives.
Revisions are included as agreed. Significant changes after approval may require additional time and fees.
3. Professional Fees and payments.
Professional fees will be agreed before the commencement of the project. Payments shall be made according to the agreed project payment schedule. Extra work or major changes may involve additional charges.
Fees for completed stages and services already provided shall remain payable even if the project is subsequently canceled or put on hold.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate drawings, information, approvals, and documents required for the project. Delays caused by client`s late decisions, information, approvals, payments, or third parties may affect the project timeline.
5. Drawings & Documentation
Drawings and documents will be prepared according to the agreed scope and project requirements. All designs, drawings, concepts, and visual materials remain the property of Mesaan Architects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment for professional services does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the design to the Client.

Any significant change to the approved design, project area, scope, specifications, or Client requirements may affect both professional fees and project timelines.
Additional work will be undertaken after confirmation of the revised scope and applicable fees wherever reasonably practicable.

8. Project Timeline
Project timelines provided by the Firm are estimated based on the agreed scope and information available at the time.
