This building is designed as a futuristic contemporary high-rise for S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, INDIA with the aim of creating a strong landmark along one of the city’s busiest urban corridors. The design combines a bold vertical form with smooth curves, large glass surfaces, and sculptural architectural elements that give the tower a distinctive identity.

The building rises from a wide, low-rise podium that can accommodate retail shops, commercial spaces, hospitality areas, and public facilities, while the upper floors functions for premium offices or other mixed-use operations.

One of the most noticeable features is the full-height blue glass façade, which gives the tower a sleek and lightweight appearance while allowing plenty of natural light into the interiors. Surrounding the glass façade is a bold white structural frame that curves and flows vertically around the building, creating a sense of movement. Large projecting forms and curved spaces in the middle of the tower can be used as terraces, sky lounges, or premium commercial areas. Towards the top, angular forms and layered fins add a dramatic finish to the skyline along with providing cool shade.

At ground level, the flowing white podium opens up with large curved glass surfaces, creates a welcoming parity between the building and the surrounding public spaces. Landscaping, palm trees, pedestrian areas, and integrated lighting further enhance the modern and premium atmosphere. With its wide road frontage and eye-catching design, the building has the potential to become a recognizable destination along S.G. Highway.
